This refund policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you the Customer or Donors and Believe QB Academy LLC. By enrolling or donating to any program, course, or service offered by Believe QB Academy LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELIEVE QB ACADEMY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Believe QB Academy LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of participation in our programs. Individual results may vary based on effort, dedication, natural ability, and other factors beyond our control.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this refund policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Mobile, Alabama.

GOVERNING LAW

This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Cooling-Off Period: Customers or Donors may request a full refund within 48 hours of the initial enrollment, provided no course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
Partial Refund Period: Customers or Donors may request a prorated refund within 14 days of enrollment, subject to deduction of materials used and administrative fees.
No Refund Period: After 14 days from enrollment date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. EXCLUSIONS FROM REFUND POLICY

The following purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE:

Digital downloads and materials once accessed
One-on-one coaching sessions that have been conducted
Live training sessions attended
Specialized equipment or physical materials
Third-party services or software licenses
Certification fees and testing costs

3. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [akarcher12@believeqbacademy.com]
Requests must include: full name, enrollment date, course/program name, and reason for refund
Processing time: 15-30 business days from approved request
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Believe QB Academy LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
