PROGRAMS
Train is the foundational program of Believe QB Academy, led by Coach Karcher. It provides structured quarterback training sessions designed to develop skill, confidence, and leadership both on and off the field. Most weeks, 3–6 individual sessions and 3–4 group sessions are offered. All sessions last one hour and are open to both boys and girls.

Individual Sessions are first offered to high school quarterbacks (ages 15–18).
If openings remain, younger quarterbacks may request an individual session. -
Group Sessions are open to quarterbacks ages 8–18.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to attend if their athlete is 14 years old or younger. -
Middle School or High School Receivers are also welcome to participate in Middle School or High School Training Sessions.

Practice is the second program of Believe QB Academy. It is designed for quarterbacks to train independently — or with the help of a parent or guardian — by following structured sessions based on their current Believe QB App level. Each drill is posted inside the app and lasts no longer than 15 minutes, allowing quarterbacks to build consistency and confidence through short, focused reps. This program empowers athletes to take ownership of their development, reinforcing what they learn during training sessions while building strong daily habits.

Teach is the third program of Believe QB Academy. It is designed for quarterbacks to grow in their football intelligence and leadership mindset through daily teaching lessons tailored to their current Believe QB App level. Each lesson is led by the individual or their parent or guardian and is intentionally short — no more than 5 minutes per day — allowing athletes to learn and reflect consistently throughout the week. This program helps quarterbacks develop the mental and spiritual side of the game, strengthening their understanding of concepts, coverages, and character.
