PROGRAMS

Train is the foundational program at Believe QB Academy, led by Coach Karcher. Designed to build skill, confidence, and leadership both on and off the field, the program offers structured one-hour training sessions for both boys and girls.

Session Types

Group Sessions (Ages 8–18): Collaborative skill-building sessions tailored for quarterbacks of all youth levels.
- Genesis Group (8-11 Year Olds)
- Middle School Group (12-14 Year Olds)
- High School Group (15-18 Year Olds)
Individual Sessions (Ages 8+): Highly limited and prioritized for clients who purchase individual packages. Any remaining slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional Information

Parent Participation: Parents or guardians are encouraged to participate if their quarterback is 11 years old or younger.
Receivers Welcome: Middle and high school receivers are welcome to join their age-group sessions. (See pricing below for receiver rates.)

Practice is the second program of Believe QB Academy. Although currently unavailable, it will be introduced in the future.

Designed for independent training—either individually or with the guidance of a parent or guardian—the program features structured, level-specific sessions delivered directly through the Believe QB App. Each practice session is designed to be completed in 15 minutes or less, helping quarterbacks build consistency, confidence, and strong daily habits. By reinforcing skills learned during formal training, the Practice program empowers athletes to take full ownership of their development.

Teach is the third program of Believe QB Academy. Although currently unavailable, it will be introduced in the future.The program is designed for quarterbacks to elevate their football IQ and leadership mindset. Delivered directly through the Believe QB App, each session features structured, level-specific teaching tailored to where the athlete is today.

Built for short, daily engagement—completed independently or alongside a parent or guardian in 5 minutes or less—the program fosters consistent study habits throughout the week. By strengthening both the mental and spiritual sides of the game, Teach empowers quarterbacks to master concepts, read coverages, and build unshakeable character.

CAMP is the fourth program offered by Believe QB Academy and serves as Phase 1 of our annual training calendar every June and July. Launched in the summer of 2026, these camps introduce the core physical mechanics and mental skills quarterbacks will be training throughout the year at their Believe QB Academy age level.

Camp Structure & Schedule

Duration: 5 days | 3 hours per day (15 total hours)
Official Camp Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Extended Care: Drop-off as early as 7:00 AM | Pick-up as late as 12:00 PM
Daily Curriculum: On-field drills, whiteboard chalk talk, walk-throughs, competitions, and situational games.
